Wedding & Event
Any cancellations must be made no less than ninety (90) days prior to
the date of the scheduled occasion. If such cancellations
are made within ninety (90) days of the scheduled occasion, the
Scheduling Party shall owe the balance due within ten (10) days of the
notice of cancellation. All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
This 90 day period allows us a fair and reasonable time period to
possibly gain back a booking for the date, as we will have turned away
other potential customers while holding your reservation.
If an occasion must be rescheduled due to rain or other
inclement weather, any such rescheduling shall be at the discretion of
King of The Musik DJ Services agrees that it will cooperate with respect to suchrescheduling subject, however, to our availability.
There shall be no discounts or refunds given if the occasion is finished earlier than the time period contracted. The balance
shall be due and payable to King of The Musik DJ Services no later than one week prior to the event.
If the event is canceled within 90 days of the scheduled date, the client signing the contract is liable to pay the balance in full. This balance will be equal to the package balance 90 days prior to the event. If the event is canceled more than 90 days prior, payments made beyond the initial deposit amount will be fully refunded.
Additionally, for a cancellation to be deemed official, a cancellation agreement must be signed by both parties. Failure to submit a written notice of cancellation will result in a bill for the total agreed amount sent to Client.
For those booking less than 90 days in advance, the deposit is refundable for 15 days. Balance is due 15 days prior to the event. After the 15 day deposit refund window, the client signing this contract is liable to pay the balance in full. This balance will be equal to the package balance at the time of signing the contract, less payments made. Additionally, in order for a cancellation to be deemed official, a cancellation agreement must be signed by both parties. Failure to submit a written notice of cancellation will result in a bill for the total agreed amount sent to client.
It is understood that if this is a “Rain or Shine” event, King of The Musik DJ Services compensation is in no way affected by inclement weather. The DJ reserves the right, in good faith, to stop or cancel the performance should the weather pose a potential danger to him, the equipment, or audience. Every effort will be made to continue the performance; however safety is paramount in all decisions. King of The Musik DJ Services compensation will not be affected by such cancellation.
